2/19/2010 We had been looking for a home in SF for a few years and met Charlotte last spring at an open house. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, while still leaving us to explore the open house on our own. A few months later as we were becoming more serious about buying a home, Charlotte reached out to us to see how our search was coming along. We asked her for some help and she found exactly what we were looking for within a few weeks. Since we were first-time home buyers, Charlotte took extra time to walk us through each step of the process - making an offer, negotiating, closing... We had some additional challenges not typical to most purchases and Charlotte also helped us navigate those issues, keeping a very cool head, providing great advice, and helping us to find qualified legal counsel to deal with a tenant issue. In the end, we could not have done this without Charlotte's help! Since our purchase closed, Charlotte has stayed in touch and has continued to provide helpful advice (like providing us with information on getting our first-time home buyer tax credit) and keeping updated on our progress with the tenant situation. Despite our unique situation and challenges faced, Charlotte made this a very enjoyable experience. I strongly recommend her!!

5/15/2010 As a first-time home buyer, I didn't know what to expect of the process and how it all worked. I am so glad that Charlotte was my real estate agent because she was very caring, patient, honest, and truly had my best interests at heart! Instead of trying to push an overpriced home on me and wasting my time, she took into account my personal preferences and my limited budget as a teacher, and scheduled visits to only houses and condos I could afford. I didn't know where to look for a good deal, but Charlotte found me a beautiful two bedroom , two bathroom condo in San Francisco at an amazing price! I am so excited living in my spacious new home that also has 2 parking spaces and a storage unit! When I had questions or concerns and just when I needed her, Charlotte was there or always got back to me in a timely manner. The property I bought was an REO, which takes much more work and time to close on than a normal purchase, but Charlotte was organized and definitely on top of things. Her hard work is a major reason why I successfully closed on this deal. When unforeseen obstacles came up, she was ready to do whatever it took to help me close on the deal. She made calls to my mortgage broker, and helped coordinate between everyone even when it wasn't part of her job. She patiently explained lengthy documents that I had to read and sign. I highly recommend Charlotte as a real estate agent. Not only was the home buying process made clearer and simpler, it was actually fun. This is only due in part because Charlotte was such a wonderful real estate agent and did a superb job!

From our very first meeting to the day we closed, Charlotte guided us through the process with both her professionalism and when we needed it, humor. We trusted her implicitly, valued her judgment, and appreciated the space she gave us to make our own decisions. 5/22/2010 Charlotte Rocks! She is the best real estate agent in San Francisco and believe me, we met quite a few in our search for our first home. She has a fun personality and is so enthusiastic about her job, it's just so amazing. She showed us so many houses the first 3 weeks that my head was spinning, but Charlotte is the type of person who really wanted us to understand the market conditions and what we could get for our money before we fell in love with something.
Once we found the right place, she was like a dog with a bone, she bugged the hell out of the listing agent, but in a good way. We always felt she represented our interests in a caring way.
Kudos to Charlotte, we will never forget the experience and we will be sure to recommend her to all our friends! I forgot to mention that she has a great sense of humor and is actually fun to hang out with!

6/3/2010 Charlotte was great to work with. Looking for a home is always a stressful event. We looked for 9 months and were getting very discouraged.
She was recommended to us and when we met we knew she was was going to be " our agent".
She listened to our needs, never was too busy to meet up with us to see properties and she never pressured us into buying a property.
Just when we thought we could never afford the neighborhood we had originally selected, ten days after met, we were in contract with the perfect house.
I found Charlotte to be a breath of fresh air in the, at times, dubious real estate agent scenario.
She is involved and goes far above your expectations to meet your needs.
She makes sure to walk you through the process including the negotiations.
She kept us posted and was always available for any questions we had and very responsive.

As Internet savvy buyers, we thought we'd "seen it all" when it came to looking at homes. Usually if a house came on the market, we would have viewed it immediately prior to brokers' tour. But, Charlotte found our home - in a neighborhood that we would have overlooked. We're both amazingly happy with the home and the neighborhood.
